Privacy and submission disclosure

MultiScan stores submitted files in private quarantine. Files and scan records are deleted when the retention period for the plan used at submission expires. You can delete completed scans from your dashboard. Guest reports are available only in the submitting browser session.

External file and URL submissions require a separate consent checkbox. When selected, the full file or URL can be sent to enabled VirusTotal or MetaDefender services. Their terms may permit retention and sharing of samples or results. Do not submit confidential or personal files to external providers unless you have authority and accept their terms.

Hash lookups send the SHA-256 value to configured intelligence providers, including MalwareBazaar. A hash may identify a known file. Quotas use an HMAC of guest IP addresses; account sessions use essential cookies. Payments are handled by Stripe; this site does not store card details.

Account email addresses and audit/provider operational records are retained for service administration. Contact the site operator for data requests.

The operator must complete and legally review its identity, contact details, jurisdiction, billing/refund terms and data-retention policy before public launch.
